1. Organizational Development

Job Description:

  • Submit designs and models from employee performance appraisal
  • Socializing the annual assessment process to all employees.
  • Follow-up on the manufacturing process performance appraisal indicators (KPI/OKR) are good organizational level and position.
  • Schedule and follow-up performance appraisal dialogue between employees related to superiors in related divisions.
  • Collect the necessary data related to achievement of performance, follow-up of each section.
  • Facilitate changes to existing structures to make sure the structure is accommodating business needs and support the achievement objectives company.
  • Facilitate job creation/change description on each work unit, for ensure the validity of the job content Description.
  • Create, update, and implementing SOP Grading & Rank, to make sure standardization of rank in company.
  • Generate reports related to analysis results positions, performance management, and reports others related to Organizational Development.
  • Helping projects related to joint development and training with other units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology Major
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in a related field
  • Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within different type of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Understand the performance management process
  • Understand job evaluation methods

2. Culture & Engagement

Job Description:

  • Propose a work culture program to ensure the work program is in line with the company’s operational needs
  • Proposing a program for internalizing company values in order to support the implementation process for each individual
  • Organizing content related to the company’s internal campaigns both offline and via social media
  • Organize forums or activities to facilitate communication between management & employees about vision, mission, values, regulations, and other relevant topics
  • Propose and organize engagement events and religious activities
  • Organizing all extracurricular activities (employee clubs) to facilitate employee interests & talents
  • Organizing all routine company wellness activities
  • Evaluate the results of each engagement events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relation, or Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of employee/culture engagement
  • Able to think creatively, develop strategic solutions and provide immediate execution
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with virtual technology tools & systems to support employee engagement and improve the way of working
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in Indonesian and English

3. Tax Specialist

Job Description:

  • Deliver a full range of tax services, including tax calculation and tax reporting in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe.
  • Prepare supporting data and documents for corporate income tax calculations which are carried out periodically.
  • Analyze all aspects of taxation and provide advice on all transactions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Carrying out correspondence with the tax office regarding tax disputes.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports related to taxation that require internal analysis.
  • Preparing data on audit needs related to taxation on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from Accounting, Tax, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Tax Accounting, Fiscal Administration or related position.
  • Good communication in Bahasa and English.
  • Proficient at operating Microsoft Office.
  • Having good tax operational knowledge and minimum basic accounting.
  • Preferably having experience in the banking industry or tax consultant.
  • Understand and able to operate E-SPT and E-Invoice.

4. Treasury Business Finance

Job Description:

  • Work closely with Treasury Division in optimising income from treasury assets
  • Monitor daily liquidity, treasury holding position, and cash flow projection
  • Review Bank’s maturity profile and interest rate risk on a monthly basis
  • Prepare presentation related to treasury performance
  • Review ALCO deck
  • Perform analysis over treasury performance, including valuation over treasury assets
  • Responsible in forecast related to treasury assets
  • Review and analyse base lending rate submitted to OJK

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university.
  • Experience working in reputable Bank or Big 4 for minimum 5 years, preferably audit or banking industry with experience in treasury related function
  • Fast learner and ability to adapt
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Good understanding on treasury products, understanding over liquidity and market risk would be beneficial
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English are required
