1. Media Planning Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Implement brand advertising or communication to accomplish awareness
  • Working with agency to executive media plan advertising to support brand communication strategy

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferable from Communication, Media or equivalent
  • At least having 1-2 year(s) on agency/advertising company/FMCG company especially handling in media buying
  • Understanding about media landscape and able to measure media user effectiveness
  • Having execellent communication skill, creative thinking and problem solving

2. Learning and Development Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Identify learning & development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with development head
  • Design and expand learning & development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Work in team to procedure programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as section head and departement head
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any learning or development program is becoming increasingly important
  • Develop effective induction program
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Manage the delivery of learning & development program

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ degree from any major 
  • Priority had experience to handle corporate training
  • Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitude when necessary
  • Wrritten and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advice others clearly
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadline and objectives
  • Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage Learning & Development schedules
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
  • Effective in both spoken and wrriten English

3. Key Account Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationship, find business opportunities and get new income with the main accounts

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing
  • Having at least one year experience in key account management but fresh graduates still welcome to apply
  • Good character & strong communication skill, fluent in English

  • Having driving license (SIM A)

4. Trade Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and control the activities related to promotional strategies for a specific outlet/channel distribution, in order to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. These responsibilities include: manage channel investement, develop channel activity, solve channel problem, implement activity plan, evaluate activity implement

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 years experience in related field
  • Excellent analytical skill, presentation and proactive communication skill as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia
  • Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc

5. Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum/quarterly/monthly/weekly
  • Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate or entry level applicants are encourages to apply
  • Have pleasant personility, good communication skill and strong leadership

6. Sales Leader Administration (Medan)

Responsibilities :

  • Controlling sales administration of customer payments (AR)
  • Controlling activity administration of permanent employees and outsourcing employees at branch
  • Report Disnaker and BPJS
  • Making documents of branch, distributor, and third parties (expedition, outsourcing, warehouse, notary)
  • Report administration and AR

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Administration, Financial Management or equivalent
  • At least have one years of working experience in related field
  • Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Detail oriented and accurate at numeral operation
  • Good communication skill and logical thinking

7. Packaging Development Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, direct activities concerned with development of new or improve packaging material
  • Evaluate, analyze, make a recommendation and conclusion of all matter related to packaging development

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome but preferably having 1-2 years experience in Packging Development or QA
  • Good character, good work in team and good command in English
  • Required skill(s): Ms Office, ISO, GMP
  • Willing to work in Karawang Factory

8. Supply Chain Management Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Perform production planning
  • Monitoring and control for finished goods and materials
  • Optimize inventory level and service level

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving, good interpersonal communication, able to work in team and proactive
  • Fluent in English and computer literate, preferably has experience with SAP system
  • Willing to work in Karawang Factory

9. Store Advisor (Salesman)

Responsibilities :

  • Selling the products
  • Confirm orders
  • Create sales report

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Have driving license (SIM C)
