1. BUILDING SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the building (Office Tower Building).
- Responsible for the supervision of the activities of building maintenance workers.
- Mastering operational work, building repairs and building facilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Min 5 year of working experience in the related field.

2. CASUAL LEASING OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Actively seek exhibitor to occupy exhibition area based on target.

- Make a Casual Leasing report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3. CHIEF ENGINEERING
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Conduct maintenance and operation of the physical structure of the building, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment.
- Maintain effective energy management and preventative maintenance programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must at least a Bachelor’s degree from Architecture/Civil Engineering major.
- Had experienced 7 years in the same field (High Rise Building/Office Tower).
- Would be placed as Assistant Manager Level.
- Willing to work under shift schedule.
4. DESIGN OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Make daily reports (daily to do list) and update status of each design work.
- Completing design work from the work order list.
- Conducting on site surveys after receiving work order designs (field measurements, checking required materials, and browsing related to the work given).
- Follow up the design that has been submitted to the user who gave the work order.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Candidates must at least a Bachelor’s degree from Architecture/Civil Engineering major.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Understand the concept of building and interior design concepts as well as building materials.
- Ability to manage projects, experience in leading a project would be beneficial.

5. HSE OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Carry out risk assessments at all Central Park Mall locations, including inspections for unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, non-comformity and provide recommendations Hazard identification in every job and work area.
- Supervise periodic inspection and maintenance of safety devices. Provide reports on the results of inspection and maintenance of safety devices and their evaluations.
- Prepare and conduct emergency programs and emergency drills according to applicable regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Medical Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have Certified K3 Umum is a must.
- Willing to work under shift and public holiday.
6. TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC, HVAC)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Implement preventive maintenance related to Electric engineering (panel electric, lift, escalator)
- Implement preventive maintenance related to Electronic engineering (including: CCTV cameras, CCTV camera networks, DVR, fire alarm systems, detector test, BAS / Building Automation System, telephones, LED monitors).
- Implement preventive maintenance related to HVAC engineering
- Create work reports.

7. TENANT RELATION OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
- Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
- Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
- Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.

- Supervise for testing according to M/E building standards by contractors.
- Checking the handover of units.
- Design, Drawing & Estimate Project Related MEP area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Education D3 Mechanical / Electronic / Civil Engineering.
- Can operate / create drawings using AutoCAD applications.
- Able to read drawings, related to the MEP of the building.
