Esports Sales Sponsorships Manager (J5QXV)
- The role of the Senior Sales Sponsorships Manager is to sell sponsorship of MOONTON Indonesia Esports key events (2 seasons of MPL, 2 seasons of MDL, MSC, M Championship and other MOONTON ESPORTS Events each year) to key strategic partners.
- Maintain and manage the relationship with these partners – including working closely with colleagues to ensure that the sponsorship and placement of the adverts meet the wishes of the partner and the event.
Responsibilities Includes :
- Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through phoning, emailing, visiting in person and/or contacting on social media
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by the events and working with your colleagues (such as production, creative, marketing and logistics team members) to ensure the partners is content with what is offered
- Staying in the know about different industries (knowledgeable about social media, media planning, basic marketing campaigns)
- Meeting sales targets, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling
- Creating sales proposals, media sales packages, implementing client campaigns, writing post campaign reports,
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, the market and the products/services offered and presenting this to clients in a way they understand.
- Typical employers of media sales executives
- As a media sales executive, you will act as the go-between, bringing together the client that wants to advertise with the company that owns the advertising space. As such, you could work for:
- a media sales agency
- an advertising company publisher or media company – including publishers of a variety of content types (such as online content, magazines and newspapers).
Requirements:
- Strong existing direct client base, can on board them to MPL league directly
- Strong ability to develop new client leads
- University degree
- Minimum 3 – 4 years work experience in the sales department of a media company
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia – including both speaking and writing
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Project management and time management ability
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
- High self-motivation and target oriented
- Commercial and marketing campaign awareness
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong interest in the esports industry, especially Mobile Legends
