Responsibilities :

  • Support the creation “Compliance Culture” to all business activities of the bank
  • Summary and make socialization of provisions of new regulations issued by BI/OJK/PPATK and other legislation
  • Doing advisory and review on Bank’s document (SOP, Internal Memo, Forms and Agreement if needed)
  • Doing review of Bank’s New Product and/or New Activity according to applied regulations and help Business Units to communicate the process to OJK
  • Preparing Compliance Credit Review for Credit application from Business Units
  • Preparing all periodic reports to OJK in timely manner
  • Preparing the implementation report of Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
  • Assist the Compliance Function Head to prepare and submit the Bank Business Plan (including the revision) to OJK
  • Doing monitoring the fulfilment of commitments made by banks with Internal Audit/External Audit/BI Audit/OJK Audit
  • Assist the Compliance Function Head to prepare the Compliance Guidance, Compliance Charter and Compliance annual work plan

Key Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring (preferably in accounting, economic, management, or law)
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Compliance, Audit, and/or Risk Management area
  • Banking Experience is preferably and required (not from other financial service or other industry)
  • Having strong knowledge on Regulations of BI, OJK, PPATK
  • Having Risk Management Certification minimal Level 2
  • Good communication, Good leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English both oral and written and computer literates

  • Evaluate customers’ historical financial statement and projection cash flow of the company
