Kegiatan usaha PT Darma Henwa Tbk saat ini difokuskan pada jasa kontraktor pertambangan, jasa pertambangan umum dan pemeliharaan peralatan, yang sejalan dengan ruang lingkup usaha yang tercantum dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, yaitu Pembukaan lahan, Kotoran bagian atas, Pemindahan lapisan penutup, Pengangkutan batubara, Tongkang batubara dan Penyewaan peralatan. 1. SUPERINTENDENT PLANT & MAINTENANCE (Code : SPT-PLM_NAME)
Job Description :
- Controlling, analyzing and evaluating plans and system for maintenance and maintenance of units/equipment in the project through in-depth and throught observation of maintenane problems that occur in the field with the aim of providing an applicable, effective and efficeint planning & maintenance system in an effort to save costs and support the achievement of PA targets, MTTR and MTBF for each unit within the budget constraints and applicable HSE standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringIndustrial Engineering
- Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 10 years
- Minimum 5 years in Superintendent/Supervisor level/in same position
- Having excellence analytical plant & maintenace process, improvement maintenace, HSE procedures, HRD Policy & Finanial analysis
- Male, minimum age 35 years old maximum 45 year
- Having Certificate POM/POP
- Fluent English is preferred

2. SUPERVISOR PLANT & MAINTENANCE (Code : SPV-PLM_Name )
Job Description :
- Manage, supervise, and report all maintenance/maintenance and repair activitives of all unith in the projects scope of supervision an well as maintaining a clean working environment based on superiors di directions and schedule/planning made by planners within budget constraints,procedures and HSE standars which applies to support the achievement of target PA,MTBF and MTTR units as well as support the smooth running of mining operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Diploma heavy equipment Mechanical Engineering/SMA/STM
- Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 3 years (bachelor degree)
- Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 7 years (diploma)
- Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 12 years (SMA/STM)
- Having excellence analytical plant & maintenance process,improvement maintenance,HSE procedures,HRD policy
- Male, minimum age 30 year old maximum 45 year

3. MINE ENGINEER (Code : Me_Name)
Job Description :
- Prepare medium-term and short-term mine plans and design (daily,weekly,monthly to yearly)based on geologist data,survey data,correct sequence in accordance with mining operational technicalitles that include production plans and equipment requirements and carry out anticipate the design & planning in the field to increase the effectiveness of mining operation in accordance with HSE standards and customers requests
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in mining engineering
- Vaving experience in same position minimum 3 years
- Male maximum 40 years
- Have POP certification
- Having excellence experience mining,procedure,road maintenance,civil design,operation technique metode and project cost estimation,HSE procedure,HRD procedure
- Able to work with deadline

4. MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT (Code: MODSPT_Name)
Job Description :
- Cordinating directing and taking action to improve all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain ervironmental cleanliness in the work area starting from the preparation of work planning & schedules,mining work to the transportration of overburden to the shlter in accordance with the standards and producation targets set and HSEÂ standards set applies within the specicified budget constraints
Qualifications :
- Minimum education bachelor degree of mining engineering
- Has work experience minimum 7 years as operation /productation of mining
- Has experlence minimum 3 years as mine operation supervisor is prefereed
- Can read mine design
- Understand mining procedure
- Can operate and have license (KIMPER)to operate mining units
- Have POP cartificate is a must
- Willing to be placed on kintab /Jumbang site-South Kalimantan
5. HEAD OF MINE ENGINEERINGÂ (Code :HOM-ENG_Name)
Job Description :
- Compiling directing and evaluating all mine planning activities in project rangin from shortto medium term planning according to an effcient and safe mine design through effective coordination with customers / clients and the engineering head office to ensure the availability of mini plans & design that support the achievement of producation targets within the budget limits that have been determined based on HSE and appcable regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering
- Have experience in same position minimum 5 years /10 years in mining operation
- Male Maximum 45 years
- Have POM certification
- Having excellence experince mining procedure,road maintenance,civil design,PIT servoce managemen,Operation Management,project cost estimation,mine geology,HSE procedure,HRD procedure
- Able to work with deadline
- Have good communication & attention with detail

6. COMBEN & PAYROLL SPECIALIST (Code : Comben_Name)
Job Description :
- Manage, organize and arrange personnel data and employee administration updates as well as remuneration and benefits in accordance with the level of authority and procedures in order to support accuracy, completensee of data, no deviation and timeliness of payments and support the existence of timely payrll services on project in accordance with company policies and laws
Qualifications :
- Minimum education Bachelor degree in accounting, tax, management, economy
- Has work experience minimum 2 years in mining company
- Has experience minimum 2 years as HR operational/payroll is preferred
- Understand HR management, personel administration HRD procedure and HSE procedure
- Have compensastion and benefit certificate is a preferred
- Have good communication
- Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa
7. MAINTENANCE TRAINEER (Code : MT_Name)
Job Description :
- Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing tarining, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standars that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept
Qualifications :
- Minimum education Vocational High School with major of Elctriacal/Mechanical
- Has work experience minimaum 3 years in the same field
- Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred
- Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis and heavy equipment
- Have TOT certificate is a must
- Have a good communication
- Willing to be placed at all Darma Henwa’s sites
8. HEAD OFF MINE OPERATION (Code : HOM-OPERATION)
Job Description :
- Planning strategies, coordinating, controling, evaluating and taking internal and external corrective actions for production activities in the project covering all production activities with the aim of achieving prefetermined production targets and being implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with apllicable regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering
- Having experience in same position minimum 5 years/10 years mining operation
- Male, maximum 45 years
- Have POM certification
- Having excellence experience mining pricedure, road maintenece, civil design, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
