Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan Desember 2020 kali ini bersumber dari PT Petrosea Tbk adalah perusahaan pertambangan multi-disiplin, infrastruktur dan jasa minyak & gas dengan rekam jejak pencapaian di Indonesia sejak 1972. Berdasarkan pengalaman bertahun-tahun yang kaya dan beragam di seluruh kepulauan Indonesia, Petrosea sekarang diakui sebagai salah satu kontraktor terkemuka di Indonesia. Saat ini PT Petrosea Tbk sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut :

1. Asset Engineer

Requirements :

• Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (minimum 5 yrs)
• Minimum 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management/Maintenance especially few years on-site
• Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
• Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written
• Willing to travel to site in remote area
• Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result.

2. Civil Foreman

Requirements :

• Minimum High School degree
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Civil Engineering
• Understand and ability in using tools, special tools, and workshop facilities.
• Good knowledge in heavy machine technology.
• Experienced in maintain heavy machine and understand manual shop, part book, operation and maintenance
• manual, and other references, in order to do daily control, inspection and program schedule overhaul, repair and overhaul, and also troubleshooting / diagnose.
• Proactive safety attitudes.

3. Cost Control Superintendent

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• Minimum more than 7 years experiences as Cost Controller, Scheduler, or Project Control
• Understand and operate project control system such as Dbase, Ms. Access, Ms. Excel, Power Point, and likely knowledge in SAP and PRISM
  Ability to establish cost control monthly report
• Ability to operate computer and other office facilities
• Knowledge of best practices in project administration, procedures, and contract
• Good analytical and supervisory skill
• Good communication in English
• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

5. Crane Operator

Persyaratan :

• Pendidikan minimum SMA / SMK sederajat
• Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama di pekerjaan konstruksi
• Mampu memahami dan menerapkan prosedur K3L (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja & Lingkungan) di tempat kerja.
• Sehat jasmani & rohani, memiliki kepribadian dan perilaku yang baik, serta dapat bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja dan atasan.
• Lulus seleksi tes dan wawancara sesuai posisi yang dilamar.
• Penempatan di Site Timika Papua

6. Earthwork Superintendent

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree with 10 years or S1 with 7 years experiences in engineering areas
• Minimum 5 years experiences in leadership roles holding Electrical & Instrument Supervisor or Superintendent Positions
• Good understanding & implementation of earthwoks methods
• Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
• Good leadership.

7. Fabrication Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in Welding/Fabrication in mining industry
• Proactive safety attitude
• Ability to evaluate technical and Economic factor, recommending engineering and manufacturing action for attainment of design objective of process or product by applying knowledge of material science and related technologies
• Experience/familiar in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Program
• Strong knowledge and concepts for the Fabrication Workshop process that is organized to create designs and drawings that are safe for fabrication and can be operated on site
• Preferably to have on-hand experiences in: Design and Drawing (AUTO CAD) and Calculation for steel structure for Fabrication
• Excellent computer skill, medium English capability (both passive & active)
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, and good reporting system
• Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive, and respecting others
• Willing to work in any location e.g. any project/site location which in remote areas.

8. Senior Data Development Enginee

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Information Technology / Computer science, Bachelor Degree are preferable
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in software development, scripting, and project management
• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology
• Good understanding and knowledge of selected programming languages (e.g Python, C++, Golang, Dot Net)
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Good understanding and knowledge with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
• Good customer service, team work, and strong analytical mind with problem solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills also able to work independently
• Preferably has knowledge in Mining Contractor business process, especially in Fleet Management System

9. Senior Electrical Estimator

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator. Preferably has experience in material handling, infrastructure, and marine works. May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea offices, partners offices etc.
• Overtime working will be required from time to time
• May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Bid Manager May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project.
• Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera.

10. SHE Superintendent

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor or Diploma degree Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan or Engineering
• 7 (seven) years’ experience in HSE exposure
• Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience
• Conversant with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Risk Management Knowledge, Incident Accident investigation process and Audit process
• Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing
• Willing to work at remote area.

11. SHE Training Specialist

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree, or any international-recognized qualification, with minimum of 3 years of work experienced, as trainer or team leader, in HSE implementation at high risk industry (e.g. mining, asset, civil-construction, O&G services)
• Preferably certification additional as Tae or WTAC, AK3, POP, BNSP Trainer certified from government
• Good knowledge of HSE aspect – accident prevention & investigation, Risk Assessment, HSE procedures, Audit process, Emergency Response and Rescue, First Aid in Emergency
• Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. Office/database), leadership and presentation/auditing skills
• Acceptable English communication in both verbal and writing
• Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives.

12. Training Specialist

Requirements :

• Apprenticeship graduate for Cert. III in Engineering of both electrical/electronic & mechanical trades –preferably holding Cert. IV in Training & Assessment
• Minimal 5 year of experiences delivering diesel fitting skills (e.g. electrical/electronic & mechanical) training on HE maintenance where at high risk industry in Mining or Oil & Gas Company
• Good Leadership & communication/presentation skill –preferably having a minimum of 3 years previous supervisory roles/job experienced
• Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and earth-moving process
• Good communication in English –both verbal and writing
• High level of computer literacy
• Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
• Willing to be place on all sites.

13. Training Superintendent

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in any disciplines
• Minimum 10 years experienced in heavy equipment industry, especially maintenance training area
• Has strong exposure to develop maintenance trainer, training program of heavy equipment
• Able to create own training modules/assessment for sustainable maintenance training program
• Good computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related application
• Good command in English both oral & written
• Good leadership skills
• Good team work.
