1. Procurement Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Build reliable pipelines of suppliers/partners/vendors of goods and services in line with Xiaomi Indonesia’s standard practice and expectations
  • Manage end to end procurement activities (PR/PO/Invoices) and ensuring all of those activities being well documented in our system (SAP) with clear and sharp traceability for audit purposes
  • Negotiate best favorable trade/non-trade terms for Xiaomi Indonesia with all suppliers, including but not limited to: pricing/quality/terms of payment/delivery deadlines
  • Point of contact to suppliers/partners/vendors AND stakeholders within the organization in ensuring updated information is well delivered to them on specifications of goods along with the delivery schedule
  • Negotiate and monitor contracts with suppliers to ensure we are receiving competitive rates beyond market standard, closely collaborating with Legal team on this

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Engineering/Business Management OR Administration
  • Excellent skills in the following areas :
    • Negotiations/Persuasion
    • Project Management
    • SAP MM module (740)
    • Analytical and Presentation
    • Data analysis tools (Excel/SQL)
  • Preferably 4+ years working experience in Procurement/Purchasing, particularly in Tech/ICT industry

2. Retail Store Expansion

Responsibilities :

  • Developing a business plan & sales strategy to increase Store revenue
  • Store expansion managed related all project
  • Plan, Monitor, Tracking related Store operations
  • Managed operational day to day MEP Store (Mi Exclusive Partner)
  • Maintain MEP budget, plan, implentation
  • Maintain expansion vendors.
  • Responsible in the performance and development of stores
  • Initiating & executing action plans to penetrate new market
  • Continually monitoring and tracking sales performance
  • Analyzing and reporting sales achievement
  • Making forecast and follow up achievement in every Xiaomi Brand Stores
  • In charge of Retail Operations in Xiaomi Brand Stores, follow up and solving problem for every operation’s issues
    Work closely with the entire retail team for store repairs (training, design, etc.)

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of Store Expansion, Store Operations in mobile phone or retail business
  • Good English communication skills
  • Target oriented
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good business sense

3. Go-To-Market Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor sales & inventory information for various products & partners
  • Monitor achievement against sales targets & develop strategies to meet supply, sales & Inventory management
  • Manage channel allocation
  • Manage incentive schemes planning
  • Work with various channels to understand their channel capabilities & collect sales needs
  • Generate reports for key stakeholders & present business overview, insights & recommendations

Requirements :

  • Demonstrated skills in operations, sales & distribution, & channels for smartphone
  • Minimum education Bachelor or Masters’ degree (with related major) from top-tier and reputable university
  • Minimum five years’ experience of related positions
  • Has background in eCommerce or technology or start-ups
  • Leadership experience and team management
  • Native level English speaker & ideally speaks Bahasa Indonesia fluently, basic knowledge in Mandarin is a plus point
