1. Assistant Vector Control Technician

Qualifications :

• Graduate from Senior High School/Diploma degree as Chemical Analyst or Nursing Academy and trained especially in Vendor Control cases
• At least 3 years experience in specific for Vector Control cases
• Placement Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat

2. Vector Control Technician

Qualifications :

• Diploma degree as Chemical Analyst or Nursing Academy with laboratory experience and trained especially in Vector Control cases
• At least 3 years experience in Laboratory and specific for Vector Control cases
• Experience in deliver Vector Control programs such as management & administration, screening program, case detection & treatment at Clinic, self protection, elimination & control of mosquito breeding site, and control & presentation of adult biting mosquito
• Placement Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat

3. Senior OH Physician

Qualifications :

• Physician with least 6 years post graduation experience in general medicine holding or currently experience in general medicine holding or currently studying towards a certification/diploma/MSc in occupational medicine (not include internship) with at least 3 years experiences in mining and or oil and gas industries
• Could have associate membership of professional body such as the Faculty of Occupational Medicine 
• Experience on managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programme in industry (preferably Mining Industry), including specific implemented Health Surveillance programs 
• Certified Hiperkes
• Basic leadership competency, strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Administration experience, familia with Ms Office 
• Excellent English written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

4. General & Emeregncy Phsyician

Qualifications :

• Physician with least 5 years post-graduation  experience in general and emergency medicine in a clinical or occupational setting (not include internship) with at least 3 years experiences in mining and or oil and gas industries
• Hold current registration or license qualification in home country. Passes the internship program which managed by Indonesian medial council 
• Has knowledge of how where to seek advice and assistance in relation to specialized areas of practice such as occupational and travel medicine 
• ACLS/ATLS/PHTLS or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine 
• Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) or equivalent 
• Able to communicante clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations

5. Dental Nurse

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
• Registered nurse with at least 3 years post basic training experience in emergency medicine 
• Holds current registration or license qualification
• BTLS, BCLS certificate or equivalent training and certification within the last year
• Self-reliant with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations 
• Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Administration experience, familiar with Ms Office
• Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral

6. Dentist

Qualifications :

• Dentist with at least 5 years post-graduation experience in general
• Holds current registration or license qualification in home country

7. Laboratory Technician 

Qualifications :

• Diploma degree as Laboratory analysis of Nursing Academy with laboratory experience and trained 
• At least 3 years experience in Laboratory 
• Experience in DNA/RNA extraction, real time PCR, and working biosafety level 2 laboratory are preferred

8. Nurse 

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree from Nursing Academy 
• Registered nurse with least 3 years post basic training experience in emergency medicine (Not include internship)

Qualifications :

• Certificate/Diploma/BSc/MSc in occupational Health/Public Health

11. OH Physician 

Qualifications :

14. Public Health & Vector Control Manager

Qualifications :

• Experience in managing a Public Health & vector Control Program

• Have associate membership of public health/epidemiologist or other similar health professional body and have Hiperkes & other Public Health certificates

15. Radiographer

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Radiographer

16. Senior General & Emergency Physician

Qualifications :

• Phyisician with at least 5 years post-graduation exeprience (not include internship) in general and emergency medicine in a clinic or occupational setting with at least 2 years in mining or oil & gases
• Holds current registration or license qualification in home country. Passess the internship program which managed by Indonesian Medical Council
• ACLS/ATLS/PHTLS or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Head another competency valid certificate e.g., ECG, Chemical accident response or similar, Leadership & management ETc
• Major incident medical management and support (MIMMS) or equivalent
• Excellent English written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
